Ermisch Golf Architecture Rebrands as Global Impact Golf: Launching a Bold New Era in Golf Course Design, Consulting & Facility Management
Emerald Coast, Florida — Ermisch Golf Architecture is proud to announce a major strategic transformation: beginning January 2026, the company will officially rebrand as Global Impact Golf, LLC, marking a significant expansion in mission, capabilities, and global service offerings.
The rebrand reflects a forward-thinking vision that goes far beyond traditional golf course architecture. With a new headquarters relocating to the Emerald Coast of the Florida Panhandle, Global Impact Golf will bring renewed energy, expanded services, and a global mission to redefine how golf amenities are developed, owned, and managed.
A New Name With a Greater Purpose: Global Impact Golf
Global Impact Golf, LLC has been formally registered in the state of Missouri, and the company’s new digital home, GlobalImpactGolf.com, is now secured and in development.
The rebrand represents Chuck Ermisch’s evolution from a respected architect into a holistic partner for developers, communities, and global markets. The mission:
Developing Golf Courses for a Greater Purpose
This new model changes the standard narrative of golf developments. Instead of treating golf courses as short-term amenities to help sell surrounding property, Global Impact Golf introduces a sustainable, community-centered approach focused on longevity, engagement, education, and economic development.
Expanded Services Rolling Out in 2026
Beginning in 2026, Global Impact Golf will unveil a full suite of design, consulting, and facility management services, including:
World-class Golf Course Architecture & Design
Sports Amenity Consulting for Developers & Municipalities
Operations & Facility Management Services
Branding, Implementation, and Long-Term Strategy for Golf Amenities
Ownership-incentive models that keep golf assets thriving
Humanitarian & Community-Impact Initiatives tied to every project
Global Impact Golf’s expanded services are designed to ensure that golf amenities do more than enhance real estate value; they become lasting pillars of community enrichment.
The Vision: Elevating Golf’s Role in Community Development
Global Impact Golf is dedicated to fundamentally rethinking how golf amenities are integrated into larger development projects.
Key elements of the new mission include:
Introducing golf to new markets, regions, and communities
Supporting local economies and workforce development
Promoting participation in the game through education and innovation
Highlighting the trades and craftsmanship behind the sport
Delivering scholarship, training, and job opportunities tied to course development
Ensuring long-term protection of course design integrity and brand implementation
Every project will include a humanitarian campaign to help local populations gain employment, skills training, and access to educational resources related to the golf, construction, and design industries.
Same Exceptional Quality. Expanded Global Reach.
Although the name is evolving, Chuck’s signature strengths remain unchanged:
Same great designs
Same exceptional service
Now offered globally at a new, expanded scale
This rebrand ushers in a global vision while staying true to the authenticity, craftsmanship, and passion that have defined Chuck’s career.
